paisage lunar

by walterdoege

and yesterday’s night…the light of the full moon brighting…I take a pencil and drew a paisage…at the baseline a horizon when the moon was raising…the blue ocean meeting the blue sky…the moonlight I drew as a veil…long veil…reaching a sailing boat at rest in a beach…I used oil painting because oil moisture is a good advice for draw subtil tonalities…some hard task the painting of perspectives…its required shadows for perspectives…as that painture seems more naturalistic…closer to a photo, but as a biography of an instant…the paisage lunar is near a portrait…so, the elements of this paisage is the full moon, her long veil, the sailing solitude, the beach that receives the ocean…the ocean that refuses no river…I’ve named paisage. moonlightned ocean…and dedicated for you…we can sail together…our sweet solitudes…sailing softly…slow sailing…our shared love…lovely winds
